Sachin is happily married to a paediatrician, Dr Anjali and has two children-son Arjun and daughter Sarah. Anjali belongs to an industrialist family and her father Anand Mehta, is a reputed industrialist from Gujarat. At present she is working with JJ Hospital in Mumbai. She is said to be his support, striking a perfect balance between Sachin’s glorious cricketing and family life and often keeps low profile, avoiding media publicity.
Ajit Tendulkar has written a book on the life and times of Sachin Tendulkar, titled “The Making of a cricketer”. At present, he looks after Sachin’s diverse endorsements and business interests.
