2...Patna Special Judge POCSO Dhananjay Kumar Mishra on Wednesday sentenced twenty years of rigorous imprisonment to TWO RAPISTS for the assault they inflicted upon a minor in the state capital back in October 2020. The victim was 13 years old when the perpetrators inflicted “penetrative sexual assault” on the minor after which an FIR was lodged against Roshan & Nakul on the basis of written application of informant Pramod Kumar in Khusrupur PS (case number 342/2020) under sections 363, 365, 376, 34 IPC & section 4 of POCSO Act.
