Gurgaon School Murder: Center of SC- Notice to the Government of Haryana, seek answers in 3 weeks

A case of murder of 7-year-old child in Ryan International School was heard on Monday in the Supreme Court. The court has sent a notice to the Central Government, Haryana Government and the HRD Ministry seeking a reply within three weeks. Let the child's father, Varun Kumar, appeal in the court and demanded a CBI probe. The child's father's lawyer told that we have said that his responsibility on school deficiencies should be fixed. The commission or tribunal should be created. The court has also issued a notice to Ryan International School. Meanwhile, Ryan Group CEO Rayon Pinto has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court seeking anticipatory bail (anticipatory bail). This may be heard on Tuesday. Earlier on Monday, Ryan Group's North Zone head Frances Thomas and Bhondasi school coordinator were arrested. Police station Sadar police station on Sohna Road has also been suspended.
