Sensex slips 270 points to 31524 level

On Friday, the Indian stock market has closed down with the downslide. Major index Sensex ended 270 points lower at 31524 and Nifty was trading at 9837 with weakness of 67 points. The Nifty closed below the 9850 level. On the National Stock Exchange, 0.45 percent in the mid-cap and 0.42 percent in the smallcap were found........Talking about the sectoral index, all the index except FMCG has stopped doing business in the red mark. Bank (0.67 per cent), Auto (0.17 per cent), Financial Services (0.78 per cent), IT (2.11 per cent), Metal (0.72 per cent), Pharma (1.79 per cent) and Realty (0.80 per cent) were found to be weak......Talking about giant stocks, 25 out of the Nifty stocks and 25 declined in trading with the decline. The fastest is in the shares of Infratel, BPCL, IESER Motors, Hindustan Unilever and Ultra Cement.
