On Monday, the Indian stock market has been closed with the fast growth. Pramash Sankhya Sensex, however, closed 235 points higher at 31449 and Nifty up 83 points to close at 9794 level. On the National Stock Exchange, it was 2.84 per cent in the mid-cap and 2.83 per cent in smallcaps.
Talking about the sectoral index, all the indices except the IT and PSBs are shutting down in green mark. Bank (0.54 per cent), Auto (1.36 per cent), Financial Services (0.73 per cent), FMCG (0.59 per cent), Metal (3.42 per cent), Pharma (2.78 per cent) and Realty (5.79 per cent).
Talking about the legendary shares, 36 of the Nifty stocks are closed in green mark and 15 are down and trading has closed. The fastest growth has been in the shares of Cipla, Sun Pharma, Tata Steel, TataPower and Hindalco. At the same time, the fall has happened in the shares of Bosch Ltd, Bharti Airtel, HCL Tech and TCS.
