Nokia Launches Dual Sim Phone, Nokia C2, C1 Price India

Now the Leader enters the competition. Cellphone Market Leader Nokia Launched it's first Dual Sim Phone with C 1 and C 2 Models in India. They have launched phone with nice features and Lowest cost.

Nokia C 1 Features

A simple phone  to make calls and send text messages, flashlight, FM radio and a super battery up to 6 weeks of use. Estimated price of Rs. 1750


  • The Nokia C1-00 has been equiped with 128 x 160 pixels TFT color screen
  • 3.5mm headset jack
  • FM radio
  • SMS
  • Flashlight
  • up to six weeks of stand-by battery time.
Although the company is yet to divulge price details, it is expected to be within the tag of R2,500. Both models would be integrated with Nokia Life Tools service (for information on healthcare, education and entertainment) as well as Ovi Mail.


Nokia C 2 Features

It Has double SIM, with the tools ofLife Tools Ovi, Ovi Ovi Mail and Chat, FM radio, microSD card slot, VGA camera, Bluetooth and a battery that Nokia says lasts up to 16.5 days of use.

  • The Nokia C2 also allows two SIM cards to be functional at the same time.


V. Ramnath, director, operator channel, Nokia India, said the company was yet to decide whether the new phones would be manufactured at Nokia's Chennai facility now or at a later stage when the numbers pick up.

Samsung had launched its dual SIM phones in the country about two years ago. It currently has five dual SIM models in India with price tags ranging from R3,200 to R9,600.
