FIFA Highlights Argentina vs Greece Highlights (2-0)

Argentina beat Greece 2-0 in their match today to win their group and advance to the next round of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

After a scoreless first half between the two teams, Argentina took control with a late surge led by goals from Martin Demichelis and Martin Palermo. The win gave Argentina a first place win in Group B and they will now face Mexico Sunday in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Greece has a slim chance of advancing if they could have beat Argentina by two goals, but they failed to mount any significant attacks throughout the match and the goal by Demichelis in the 77th minute seemed to destroy any spirit Greece had left.
