THE YAMUNA Expressway Authority had recently come out with plots ranging from 1000 to 4000 sqm residential plots near the Night Safari, University, Formula 1 racing track on the Yamuna Expressway to Agra.

The Yamuna Expressway formerly the Taj Expressway project was conceived with the idea of reducing the travel time between New Delhi and Agra.

Yamuna Expressway Residential Scheme of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEA), has declared Residential Plots Scheme 2009(I) for the Farmer Category and General Category 300Mts, 500 Mts, 1000 Mts, 2000 Mts and 4000 Mts Avalable for Sale @Rs 4750/- per sqmt + Premium.

Location: “SECTOR 20″ is a new Residential Sector, located on Yamuna Expressway just 17 km from Pari Chowk, Greater Noida.

The Authority introduces 1000 sqm, 2000sqm and 4000sqm residential plots in sector 20 in 1000 heactare area. The plots are available in stalements over eight years and Authority rate is Rs 4750/- per sqm. The sector 20 is located just 17 kms from Pari Chowk, Greater Noida.

The details of the distribution of the plots have been released by the Chairman of the Yamuna Expressway Authority, Lalit Srivastav earlier this year. Mr. Srivastav said that under the Yamuna Expressway Authority Residential Scheme, a total of 4,350 plots have been allotted.He said that the bigger plots ate going to be allotted on both sides of the highway. The total area of the scheme will be over 19 kilometers, stretching from greater Noida to Noloni Shahpur.

The draw results of the Yamuna Expressway Authority Residential Scheme was declare on Monday, November 16. The Yamuna Expressway Authority has introduced the plots in the Sector20 area. Each plot costs around 4,750 rupees per square meter. The plots will be available in eight installments. A number of other projects have also been proposed or are under construction like the Formula 1 racetrack. The plots are likely to be a good investment as they are in a prime position. They are very near the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and Phari Chowk in Greater Noida. They are also very near the proposed site for the Formula 1 racetrack.
