This is a big disclosure about Bihar's newly formed NDA government. NDA's criminal prosecutions against three-fourths ministers in the government are pending. This is mentioned in the report for the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR). According to the latest DR report, there are 22 ministers in 29 ministers in Bihar cabinet, against whom criminal cases are registered. Among them are nine ministers, against whom serious nature is criminal cases. These Ministers have submitted the details of the criminal cases filed against themselves to the Election Commission.
