Marathas removed huge march in Mumbai to pressurize the demand for reservation

Thousands of people belonging to the Maratha community from different parts of Maharashtra today took out a march to pressurize the government demanding reservation in other departments including jobs and education.  In the tight security arrangement this morning, the mum-march was lifted from Jijamata garden in Bikula. Those who attended the march had taken the saffron flag.  Along with private vehicles, people from public vehicles started coming here early in the morning. Police and traffic workers were deployed to control large number of people and vehicles in Mumbai.  Most of the famous dumb people of Mumbai are people belonging to the Maratha community and they also participated in the march.
