central government will sell a 15 percent stake in National Fertilizer

The central government will sell a 15 percent stake in National Fertilizer (NFL). Its floor price has been kept at Rs 72.80 per share. These shares will be sold for two days, whose cell is being started today (July 26). Let the government know that the NFL has 89.71 per cent stake in the present time

About 7.35 crore shares or 15 per cent stake sale will fetch about Rs. 530 crore in government treasury. Offer for sale  for Institutional Investor will be opened today July 26, while retail investors can enter their bid on July 27.
