Rutgers Eric LeGrand Hospitalized Video

Rutgers defensive tackle Eric LeGrand remains hospitalized after suffering a neck injury during the Scarlet Knights’ overtime victory over Army on Saturday at New Meadowlands Stadium.

After the collision, Eric LeGrand lay motionless for seven minutes while his neck was immobilized and he was placed on a backboard. 

He was immediately treated at the intensive care unit of the hospital. Army coach Rich Ellerson walked on the field at one point and put his hand on Rutger coach Schiano’s shoulder to comfort him.
