HUDA Plot Scheme 2010, HUDA Application Form, HUDA Scheme Details Download

HUDA invites applications for allotment of freehold Residential Plots in various urban estates closing date 5/01/2010. Haryana Urban Development Authority has launched a scheme to allot freehold residential plots in Faridabad and other areas like Sonipat, Rohtak, Bahadurgarh, Ambala, Jind, Hisar and Palwal.

Though the scheme is launched for various urban areas, the center of attraction is the allotment of 1,969 plots of various sizes in Faridabad.

The current housing scheme of Haryana Urban Development Authority is running in Kaithal where it has invited application for the allocation of residential plots. The special attractions of the scheme include freehold possession, easy payment option and interest on the earnest money deposited with the authority. Kaithal is a growing city of Haryana which promises good return on property segment making this scheme of HUDA a lucrative option for real estate investor as well as home seekers alike.

The plot details are as follows:

1 Kanal
A total of 112 plots are available, each sizing 15.00x30 meters. The rate is Rs. 10,808 per sq mtr and the earnest money payable is Rs 4,86,400

14 Marla
Plots are available at a rate of Rs 9825 per sq meter. 199 plots of size 13.50x24 meters. You need to pay Rs 3,18,400 at the time of application.

10 Marla
192 residential plots with a dimension of 10.50x21 meters each. Buy at a rate of Rs 9825 per sq. mtr by depositing Rs 2,16,700 while applying.

8 Marla
The size of plots are 9.00x18 meters and a total of 252 such plots are on sale. Find one at a rate of Rs 9825 per sq mtr. The earnest money is Rs 1,59,200.

6 Marla
As many as 272 plots are available, each with a dimension of 7.50x18 meters. The rate is Rs 8843 and the earnest money is Rs 1,19,400.

4 Marla
217 plots are available at a price of Rs 8843. The size of the plot is 6.00x15 meters. The earnest money payable is Rs 79,600.

The form can also be obtained on payment of Rs 100 at any of the authorized branches of State Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Oriental Bank of Commerce, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and HDFC Bank. FEATURES

• HUDA Scheme offers facility of payment in Installments. 10% Payable at application, 15% within one month of allotment and balance in Six equal Annual Installments.
• Interest @5.5% per annum on the amount of earnest money for period beyond six months of closing date of scheme if the draw is not held and earnest money not refunded within this period.
• Allotment will be made through draw of lots.
• Any Individual can apply under the scheme provided he has not been allotted a plot of land directly by HUDA in the concerned Area. If you want to apply under reserved category, you must be a domicile of Haryana.
