Madurai Bomb Blast at Cholavandan railway station, Madurai Bomb Blast

AT least two people have been killed and three injured in a blast at Cholavandan Railway Station on Tuesday evening, a few kilometers from Madurai.

The blast occurred at 1805 hrs IST at Platform No. 2. The blast occurred when passenger train No. 825 was scheduled to arrived at platform No. 2. The roof of the railway station collapsed due to the impact of the explosion.
