Toilets scam over 13 crores in bihar PHED department

The creation of the scam in Bihar is not even a matter of concern that now a new case of crores of rupees toilet scam has surfaced. In the PHED department, a scam of more than Rs 13 crore has been revealed.  According to the information, instead of sending beneficiaries directly into account, PHED transferred to three NGO accounts.  After the scam came to light, Patna DM Sanjay Agrawal ordered the then Executive Engineer of PHED Vinay Kumar Sinha, the registrar to register a case against three NGOs in the Gandhi Maidan station.
